Holding our own

Thought and prescriptive and holding our own
There's always something to be going on with us in our own type of thinking I find
So it's really a good exercise to note it all down on paper or online doc whichever you prefer write down as much as you can possible every part even the bits and pieces that are annoying write it all out do not hold anything back
As seeing, hearing, touching what's there out in plain sight, is the areas in self reflection to work on
We can see all of them in these notes we have
The where straight away we can see where we need to do work exercise in
Like the ones that really bug us, more than other's, as when we note things down, we may start at a low point at first that builds, it grows to the raw feelings first place, those one's are the important ones. Do let those come out every part of them, even the swearing one's, even those calling you out they need to be aired out of us
These are only your notes, for your eyes only, to do what you want with them, chuck, burn keep it that's what you want they're for your eyes only not anyone's else's so really do get it all out on paper
The exercise of getting them all out on paper is a very valuable experience, the more you do it, the more we can become in practice with it, we come accustomed to this behaviour, take a familiarity with it and we can become more adapt at getting out our feelings for what they are the exercise does help
Feelings are just our recall of memories that surface for us in making sense of those that we need in the part to give us the right correct energy we need to motivate us, to drive us too getting better than now, what we have. These lessons learned from ages ago, are stored in our memory recall on purpose, are there to give you, us insights in moving past this now this time like we have in the past or times before we are feeling now.
There's lessons in these feelings and it's ours to take notice of this, and now in your notes as we can see them laid bare
And we can see patterns in these if their there
Getting into the habit of writing our feelings down, when it happens or very near, makes us hold our own
Thoughts and feelings hold them on our own
And start to learn what we can from them in the lessons they bring
Hold our own perspectives in view, makes us being about change
How this is for you individually look at your notes your see patterns striking notice them more, pay attention to them
Listen to all the sense and energy that it brings as we question the sense of them, doubling down in understanding and meaning, they all are telling us some thing, letting us know all these lessons learned and in growth through them all we can hold them in this manner and get peace from them
If you require kazsart to look into them with you, just write them up and send them to us by using the contact form, am happy to look at the areas with you personality and work on them together with you (click here for the form)

.I use writing down exercises for a number of methods even to sooth away hurt especially the sting a good battering on paper acts like a catalyst at times, our personal sounding board, there's always times where a notepad is as good as another person in earshot just no chat back. Paper has always been a good one for taking the thoughts out of our mind and that's the aspect of using exercises like this creating new fresh space for other better things to hold that place.
Do.hope these exercise do you some goof . That's what they're intended for betterment feeling better than now at least, that's a start and enough.
